Position: Mechanical Section Engineer-Maintenance

Company Name: African Mechanical and Superlift Limited (AMSL)-Sister Concern of Onshore

Shift: 10Hrs/6 Days in Week.

Qualification: - Should have minimum qualification of Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: For BE/B Tech, minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in large mineral processing plant (Zinc/Lead/copper/gold) and for Diploma experience should be minimum 12 year.

Job Description:

• Previous experience on Primary Crusher (54-74/75), Secondary Crusher (7Simon), Material handling system, SAG/Ball/Rod mills, flotation, dewatering, Compressor/High speed Blowers as well as knowledge of large slurry pumping operation is preferred.
• Exposure to all types of advanced maintenance practices and computer skills are desirable.
• Preferred Skills & Job Profile • Planning, organizing, and monitoring all scheduled maintenance for concentrator equipment to ensure equipment availability above 95%.
• High HSE standards and hazard identification and management is applied by all personnel under your authority.
• Working towards reducing managing maintenance costs through improvement projects.
• Ensuring all work is adequately planned and resourced and undertaken in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the performance of people, machinery and equipment. • Coaching, reviewing and developing trades personnel.
• The ability to build highly efficient teams, combined with a dedicated focus commitment to health and safety.
• Multi skilling, Strong problem solving and planning skills, ensuring you are able to prioritize a heavy workload.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Hands on approach to your work.
• Knowledge of CMS methodologies such as vibration recording & analysis, thermography, ultra-sonic thickness testing, oil analysis, etc.
• Carry out RCA, Reliability Analysis of equipment on regular basis. • Ensure 100% record keeping, data capture, maintenance of equipment history cards, filling up PM checklists. • Must be flexible to work in shifts & prolonged duty hours.
