Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Ideation
- Come up with the digital strategy for product launch and sustenance campaigns for the product series
- Undertake creative ideation with cross-functional teams and external agencies to come up with innovative, creative and clutter breaking ideas for social media campaigns
Platform Strategy
- Bring in deep platform understanding of YT, IG, FB, X, Linked and other social / digital platforms to be able to hack the platform insights to deliver high impact and high RoI campaigns
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms such as FB, IG, X and YT
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and collaborate with internal marketing teams and the agency to ensure error-free execution as per the campaign plans
Content Creation and Optimization:
- Lead and manage the creation / production of engaging and compelling digital content, including social media posts, Videos and other marketing materials
Campaign Analysis:
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies
Research and Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms, trends and technologies
Education Qualification:
- MBA or Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field-Full Time.
Other Requirements:
- Proven track record of creating clutter-breaking digital strategies and campaigns.
- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the social media platforms like IG, FB, YT etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to think from an end-consumer perspective.t
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to excel in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
