This role is also responsible for Business development and approvals of TIPL Indigenous product range.Responsible for: -
A) -Identifying, Developing and Launching New products & Principals and New Markets, Positioning existing product & develop new markets for existing products.
B)Responsible for the growth of product in terms of revenue generation.
C)Being a Industry Business Manager one must be aware of Respective Industry trends, competition & upcoming technologies in ones domain area.
D)Should drive product technical discussion & product demonstration and road shows.
E)Ready for extensive traveling on all India basis & Healthy Funnel Management.
F) Industry base Product Sales, Product Pricing & Marketing Strategy and Execution with a Marketing Calendar.
G) Developing the Long and Short Term Strategy.

Profile - Industry Business Manager - Steel Industry
Industry Experience -10-15 Years Sales & Business Development Experience in Steel Industry in our Products.
Skills/Knowledge : -
  1. Industry Base Product solution Selling knowledge, Industry Base Business Management Experience with Margin Management
  2. Understanding of Industry wise products, customers & applications.
  3. Should be proficient in Sales and Marketing
  4. Onsite Installation / Service / Commissioning / Project Management Experience
  5. Consultant / EPC / OEM Handling Experience / Liasioning
  6. Team Handling Experience, Product Registration at Govt Sector
  7. Skill to Identify new Applications, grow new Industrial Segment, Skill in Consultant Approvals
