Core Competencies: PowerBuilder (preferably 2022+) | PFC | SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase |Modern UI Design Principles | Database Optimization | CI/CD
Knows how to tackle challenges and work independently when needed, Communicates well and works smoothly with the team, What do we expect
A PowerBuilder Developer should be comfortable working with PowerBuilder, ideally using version 2022 or newer, Familiarity with PowerBuilder Foundation Classes (PFC) is a plus, but not a dealbreaker, Strong SQL skills, experience with Stored Procedures, and a good grasp of database optimization are key for handling data efficiently, A solid understanding of modern UI design principles and application performance tuning helps in building smooth, user-friendly applications, Experience with CI/CD pipelines for PowerBuilder applications is an advantage, making deployment and updates more efficient, Beyond technical skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently are important, Good communication and a collaborative approach ensure smooth teamwork and project success, What You'll Bring to the Table
