Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Support professional specializing in Sales and Distribution modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and troubleshooting production issues in a Supply Chain and Manufacturing industry setup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple modules within Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, including inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction/load processes, and technical components across all Oracle EBS layers.

- Work independently to analyze, diagnose, and remediate issues in Oracle EBS modules as per business flows.

- Handle enhancements and customizations related to Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL.

- Collaborate with functional teams to support Order-to-Cash business processes and related custom components.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. SQL / PL/SQL

2. Oracle Forms & Reports

3. Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support

- Expertise in data interfaces, concurrent programs, and custom solutions.

- Proficient in debugging and supporting Oracle EBS customizations in production.

Mandatory Skills :
