Senior Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

*Scientific, Laboratory and Analytical Instruments' Sales Experience Required.

• Sales Generation and Territory Management:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including research institutions, universities, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other relevant industries.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape, including competitor activities and emerging trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.

• Technical Consultation and Solution Selling:
• Serve as a technical expert on our range of scientific, analytical, and laboratory instruments.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' research objectives, experimental designs, and technical requirements.
• Recommend and configure appropriate instrument solutions, considering technical specifications, applications, and budget.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Address technical inquiries and provide comprehensive information about instrument features, capabilities, and applications.
