SAP Ariba Sr Analyst

Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Ariba Upstream, Downstream modules (ARIBA Procurement, Guided buying Sourcing and Contract management).Understand client requirements and assist in developing designs that leverage the best practices embedded within Ariba applications. Own the configuration, testing and deployment of Ariba solutions.Good knowledge and understanding of overall solution architecture and cloud integration methods with ECC Ariba CIG.Resolving day to day issues by clarifying customer queries; determine the cause of the problem and explaining best solution to resolve.Supporting ARIBA S2C, Procurement Guided buying Quarterly releases including documentation.Bachelor s or master s degree in Engineering or relevant qualification.Overall 8 plus years of experience and 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in SAP ARIBA Implementation Support projects.Experience in Ariba Direct Procurement Supply Chain Collaboration/Commerce Automation like PO Collaboration with Supplier, Special Procurement, Scenarios involving Agreements, Consignments etc.Experience in Ariba Indirect Procurement along with Guided buying process like Self-service Catalogue process, self-service custom process (free text), Catalog/Non Catalog PR generation, PR Approvals Goods receipt, PO Flip to Invoice.Ariba Catalogue Management process like Ariba CIF internal load, Punchout, Ariba Network subscription, Catalogue configuration, CIF Template, Supplier enablement.Perform Guided buying Procurement Administrative activities include deploying procurement policies, configuration changes to templates, interface functionalities.Prepare sourcing templates for guided buying/PTP, knowledge on Procurement policies forms, contract compliance Procurement administration and managing Master data replications to ARIBA from ERP.Technical knowledge on Ariba infrastructure, webservices and integration layers along with CPI Iflows, CIG Custom Mapping, Document Routing.Should have decent communication skills and collaboration skills with stake holders.
