About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned BIOS/UEFI Development Lead to drive end-to-end firmware development for Dell platforms. This role blends deep technical expertise with Agile leadership and project ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead BIOS/UEFI firmware design, development, and debugging.

- Guide and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW/SW/QA/ODMs).

- Own project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance.

- Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years in BIOS/UEFI development with strong C/C++ skills.

- Solid understanding of OS internals (esp. Windows) & drivers.

- Hands-on experience with Git and debugging tools.

- Experience in hardware-software interfacing & platform bring-up.

- Knowledge of BIOS security protocols and quality standards.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience working with global teams and external vendors.

- Exposure to Agile Scrum practices.

- Familiarity with automated testing for firmware.
