PHP Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled PHP Development Manager with 16 to 26 years of experience to lead our development team in Panzer Technologies, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and developing scalable web applications using PHP.

• Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Minimum 16 years of experience in PHP development with a focus on management.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
