Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. Based full-time on-site in Noida, this pivotal role involves shaping the architectural vision for complex AEM projects, managing critical integration initiatives, and overseeing the entire software development lifecycle. The AEM Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring the successful delivery of high-performance and scalable digital experiences, while consistently adhering to industry best practices in software architecture and design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of enterprise-level Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Translate complex business requirements and client needs into comprehensive technical specifications, detailed architectural designs, and implementation plans for AEM platforms.

- Drive the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AEM projects, from initial discovery and design to development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

- Manage and oversee critical integration projects between AEM and various third-party systems including CRMs, ERPs, marketing automation platforms, e-commerce systems, and analytics tools.

- Define and enforce AEM development standards, best practices, and governance policies for content management, component development, template design, and overall platform health.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, backend engineers, content authors, quality assurance, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them on complex AEM solutions, code quality, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of code, designs, and configurations to ensure adherence to architectural standards and optimal performance.

- Act as a primary client-facing consultant, presenting architectural solutions, conducting workshops, and providing expert guidance on AEM capabilities and limitations.

- Evaluate new AEM features, Adobe product updates, and emerging technologies, recommending their adoption to enhance platform capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and technical issues within AEM environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 12+ years of extensive experience as a client-facing consultant within the digital experience or IT services domain, with a strong, demonstrable focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing large-scale, high-traffic AEM solutions across multiple versions of AEM (AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service).

- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, JCR, OAK, components, templates, workflows, and dispatcher.

- Strong proficiency in Java development for AEM, including experience with Apache Sling models, OSGi services, and AEM APIs.

- Experience with front-end technologies relevant to AEM including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Solid understanding of integration patterns and experience with various integration methods for AEM.

- Knowledge of cloud deployment models for AEM, including AEM as a Cloud Service specific architectural considerations.

- Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and security best practices for AEM.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior client stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams and drive architectural decisions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Architect or other relevant AEM certifications.

- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products including Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture principles.
