Duties and Responsibilities

• E-commerce receivable handle Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
• E-commerce commission working Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
• E-commerce SPF / SAFE-T claim - Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger management.
• GST and TDS Return Filing & Payment
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and real estate financial standards.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment
• Manage cash flow and perform financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Skills required
. Knowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST and TDS
• Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
