JOB OVERVIEW
Our client InfraMantra is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to lead their Sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales leadership, managing large teams and delivering results in a competitive market. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, enhance team performance and expand market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue and growth targets.
- Drive high-performing sales teams to close deals and generate significant revenue streams through the sale of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales activities, adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure continued growth.
- Sales Strategy & Process Optimisation:
- Create and implement sales strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.
- Diligently track and optimise the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensure maximum conversion rates within the sales funnel.
- Lead from the front towards maintaining utmost discipline within the sales team including adherence to policies around office timings, leaves etc. and most importantly sales activities per day.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts and create compelling value propositions.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a large sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching and ongoing development to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any gaps in performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, investors, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and client meetings to build brand presence and establish trust.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, market conditions and revenue forecasts.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to assess team performance, forecast sales trends and ensure achievement of targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams to exceed sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends and customer needs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making and
performance tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
