Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Independently plan, execute, and report on end-to-end IT audits across various global business units, covering a wide range of IT domains and technologies.

- Drive the development and implementation of risk-based IT audit strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings with global business unit leaders and IT management to discuss audit scope, findings, and recommendations.

- Conduct comprehensive global IT risk assessments to identify key areas of concern and inform the audit plan.

- Contribute significantly to audit quality reviews, ensuring adherence to internal audit standards and best practices.

- Participate in the development and planning of the annual IT audit roadmap, aligning audit activities with evolving business risks and priorities.

- Leverage your extensive global IT audit experience to provide insightful and practical recommendations for improving IT controls, security, and operational efficiency.

- Comfortable with and willing to undertake international travel to various global business units as required for audit engagements.

- Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for management action.

- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of the latest IT trends, security threats, regulatory requirements, and internal audit methodologies.

- Collaborate effectively with other members of the internal audit team and stakeholders across the organization.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executing end-to-end IT audits across global business units.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk-based IT audit strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder meetings and conduct comprehensive global risk assessments.

- Experience contributing to audit quality reviews and roadmap planning processes.

- Must possess global IT audit experience, demonstrating an understanding of international IT landscapes and regulatory environments.

- Comfortable with and willing to undertake international travel as required.

- Must be certified in one or more of the following: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong IT audit focus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex IT audit findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
