Relationship Manager - Liabilities - Wholesale Banking (5-8 yrs)

Hiring for " Relationship Manager - Liabilities "in a leading Bank.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad.

Grade: Manager to AVP

Any Graduate/PG with 5 plus experience who will be responsible for generating and managing liabilities business from wholesale banking clients, primarily through mobilization of Fixed Deposits and other liability products.

The role demands strong experience in managing banking relationships with corporates, SMEs, HNIs, and business banking clients, with a holistic understanding of lending, credit underwriting, and wealth/liability products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and deepen liability relationships (Fixed Deposits, Term Deposits, CASA) with clients from the Wholesale Banking segment.

- Identify and onboard new corporate clients with high deposit potential.

- Liaise closely with the lending teams to convert credit clients into liability relationships.

- Provide end-to-end service on account onboarding, documentation, and product delivery.

- Cross-sell products, cash management solutions, and fee-based services.

- Monitor portfolio quality, ensure renewal of deposits, and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Branch Banking) for seamless client experience.

- Maintain and grow wallet share by delivering need-based solutions and maintaining a long-term relationship approach.

- Participate in market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities.
