🔹 Own the divisions P&L, strategic direction, and execution

🔹 Drive market expansion, GTM strategies, and sales excellence

🔹 Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, sales, and operations

🔹 Foster partnerships with OEMs, automation integrators, and tech partners

🔹 Monitor trends in servo, motion, and automation to guide product innovation

🔹 Represent the company at key industry events and forums

🔹Required Sales experience in Servo Industry .

✅ What Were Looking For

🎓 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

📈 815 years in servo drives, motors, or automation sectors

📊 Proven success managing business units or P&L ownership

🧠 Deep knowledge of servo technology, Servo Stabilizer and control systems

🗣 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills
