Manager Sales Operations Analyst (Manufacturing)
Analyses sales data, optimizes sales processes, and supports the Senior Management to improve performance. Identifying trends, creating reports, and making recommendations to enhance sales strategies and efficiency. Working with CRM systems, sales data analysis, and collaborating with sales teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining accurate data within the CRM system, including customer details, sales pipeline, and activity logs.
- Evaluating current sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize sales performance.
- Providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership to inform sales strategies and goal setting.
- Working closely with sales representatives, sales leadership, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate customer information, managing customer inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Tracking orders throughout the fulfilment process, communicating with customers, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Investigating and resolving order-related issues, such as backorders, incorrect items, or shipping errors.
- Ensuring all order documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA from a Reputed Institute & B School with 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in analysing large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and the ability to manage data within the system.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with sales teams and management.
5. Ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop effective solutions.
6. Ability to think critically about sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
8. Experience with data visualization tools, business intelligence platforms, and other relevant technologies.
