Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for BIM Coordinator- Senior Architect Position: Project Lead/Team Lead Qualification: B
- Arch Experience: 7 to 8 yrs Number of Positions: 1 Communication: High level of communication and good writing skills in English
- Software Skill: REVIT Architecture (including Dynamo) AutoCAD - for drawing, linkage, and cleanup
- Design Review - BIM360 collaboration with other Disciplines
- Coordination with Navis work Manage (including knowledge in 4D & 5D) Good skills in Presentation software Roles & Responsibility: Assist BIM Manager with any type of Architectural Project
- Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects
- Knowledge about AIA standards
- Expertise in making Simulation-4D/5D Capable of coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work)
- Capable in Clash-Detection/Collaborating with the Design team/ Client Assist in Estimation Team managing Capability
