Job Description
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical)
Division : Packaging
Job Responsibilities :
- Attend all the inquiries received from the territory/region, client communication - including submission of quotation (s), drawing (s), etc
- Travel to territories/regions for follow up of submitted quotation, generation of new inquiries, attend client grievances and help resolve by coordination with the technical team, manufacturing units, service team, etc Customer relationship management.
- Preparation of MIS for Follow up
- To establish partner/alliance for equipment selling and inform the Marketing dept for relevant action plan.
- Review performance of present partner/alliance in respective regions.
- Competition mapping - provide timely inputs on international manufacturers.
- To achieve set target in accordance with the business plan.
- Develop new markets and client base while retaining the established.
- Monitor and provide timely inputs to the management and concerned team about changes in market and customers.
- Market and sell group products.
- Effectively coordinate and manage with the manufacturing team on equipment logistics and dispatch. Keep customer informed on the delivery timeline and update at regular intervals.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments. Finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs. Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge about product line and its application
- Key account management (KAM)
- Technically sound to imbibe Engineering concepts
- Ability to assess Engineering drawings and processes.
- Quick decision making
- Self motivated
- Willing to travel
