Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Costing SAP FICO

Role & responsibilities

Costing:

• Updating of Standard Costing Setting in CO module of SAP.
• Compare and analysis between Standard Cost setting and Actual Cost setting.
• Preparing Monthly Cost centre report
• Preparing BOM Reports with cost of consumption
• Overhead cost report & analysis
• Costing and FG and Raw Materials reports
• Collaborate with financial analysts to analyze cost data and develop insights for management reporting.
• Support financial analysis by providing cost-related inputs, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and cost-related regulations
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to gather cost data, understand
  cost drivers, and analyze cost impacts.
• Implement standard costing systems, cost allocation models, and cost tracking
  mechanisms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/FICO).
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and valuation.
