Position: Executive Officer - International Affairs

Reports To: Director-International Affairs

Purpose:

To strengthen PHDCCIs global outreach by developing international partnerships, organizing

bilateral/multilateral engagements, supporting members in global market access, and promoting

trade and investment opportunities between India and the rest of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily operational tasks and administrative duties within the department.

2. Support reporting head / team members with project coordination and data entry.

3. Conduct research, data analysis, data digging, data mining and prepare reports or

presentations as needed.

4.Maintain accurate records and documentation.

5. Take initiative to learn tools, systems, and processes relevant to the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Master’s degree in any discipline.

2. Good Communication & Writing skills to deal with Embassy Offices / Ministries /

Clients etc.

3. Knowledge of global economic and trade issues.
