Job Description :

1)Implementation/ Instrument Related Maintenance

• Zero CB leakage at Site -Identification of carbon, Utility leakages from different sources.
• Leak Mapping and timely completion of identifying leaks.
• Achieve Maintenance conversion cost as per budget.
• Planning and execution of quality work in time DCS System and Configuration.
• PLC System and Configuration.
• Instrumentation- P&ID PFD, Power Plant Operation (Turbine)- CPP.
• Field Instruments Calibration.
• Flow Measuring equipment.
• Pollution Monitoring Equipment.
• OCP Implementation.
• Auto Packers etc.
• CAPEX Implementation within budget and timeline.
• Execution of Capex activities as per scheduled timeline.
• Aligning new joiners and inputs for ensuring their readiness at the earliest.
• Execute preventive maintenance rather than breakdown. All expenditures are to be controlled within the yearly budget.
• Analysis & Control of Cost of the maintenance department.
• Use of standard Checklist and inspection sheet while doing maintenance ( world-class maintenance ). Following standard maintenance procedure during execution.
• Project execution as per timeline and within budget.
• Communication, Implementation & training as per audit plan in coordination with other departments.
• Checklist Updation and implementation of the new requirement of QMS
• Learning event and safety event sharing to safety dept ( 2 nos/week each section).
• Implementation of 5S Culture development plan for the department.
