Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee grievances and concerns, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction within the organization.
- Oversee corporate HR initiatives such as performance management systems, talent acquisition programs, and training & development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employment law by maintaining accurate records of employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team members to develop business strategies that align with organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (HRBP).
- Strong understanding of Employee Grievances, Corporate HR, Employee Engagement, Employee Induction, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Grievance Management, and Employee Communication.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
