Role & responsibilities:
1.Design strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
2.Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and operational challenges to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
3.Identify areas where operational processes can be streamlined or optimized to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
4.Apply process improvement tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
5.Monitor and report branch-level performance against cross-sell targets, ensuring KPIs align with overall business objectives.
6.Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies.
7.Analyze operational data and performance reports to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of concern.
8.Align operational plans with the expectations of internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
9.Help develop operational budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently to minimize costs and Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer service.
10.Oversee the implementation of software and systems that track operations, manage inventories, or automate tasks.
11.Continuously review and adjust operational strategies to respond to changes in market conditions or business needs.
