Urgent Requirement For CRM-RM/OM - Real Estate - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers to resolve queries, and ensure KIT (Keep In Touch ) with them; anticipate customer issues and proactively resolve them
• Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all post-sales communication with the customers
• Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration with the agent; communicate to the customer the status of the project and likely date of possession.
• Send pre intimation to customers for payment and ensure dispatch of demand letters on a timely basis. Follow up with customers on payment dues ; update all communication with the customer in Sales force
• Coordinate with site personnel for flat hand over and ensure update of all records of the customers.
• Must have detailed understanding of RERA and TDS in order to ensure 100% compliance to the law
• Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
• Ensure registration is done as per RERA guidelines at 9.9%
• Meet Collections Target of 90% and prepare collection MIS report for the management
• Collaborate effectively with the Operations teams to innovate and improve back-end processes
• Meet Loyalty Targets decided for the year; ensure minimal defaults and cancellation retention

Must be willing to travel to multiple project sites if required

Preferred candidate profile

-Should have an experience of 7+ years (exposure to real estate as a sector will be an added advantage)

-Ideally should have driven a fast paced sales organisation and have a demonstrated track record of delivering on aggressive targets

-Should have a background in customer service and possess excellent communication skills

-Should have the ability to work under pressure and to solve problems in a fast paced environment

-Must be well versed at MS Excel , SAP and SFDC technologies
