SAP FICO Consultant - E2E Implementation (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 7+ years of total experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, functional design, testing, and go-live support in both SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and rollouts.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Perform testing, user training, and documentation.

- Manage cutover planning, data migration, and go-live activities.

- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and Basis.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Experience with New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, and Taxation.

- Expertise in SAP FICO configurations and process flows.

- Good knowledge of financial reporting and controlling processes.

- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and project documentation.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.

- Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.

- Exposure to AMS (Application Management Services) is an added advantage.
