Job Overview:
- We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales and Operation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations and sales activities for our Jaipur region.
- You will be responsible for managing the local team, driving sales, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Drive revenue targets and meet monthly sales goals for the region
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B leads
- Monitor performance of sales executives and support their growth
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations including logistics, fulfillment, and support
- Coordinate with central teams for inventory, dispatch, and service issues
- Ensure SOPs are followed and local compliance is maintained
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer escalations efficiently
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and manage on-ground sales and ops staff
- Set goals, review KPIs, and maintain high team morale
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and growth
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and operations
- Analyze sales data and suggest improvement strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools and operational dashboards
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Jaipur and surrounding areas
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field
- MBA is a plus
