Role & responsibilities
- Lead B2C telesales operations by effectively managing outbound calls using advanced dialer systems.
- Mentor and guide an inside sales team to consistently achieve and surpass set sales targets.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance through metrics, providing timely feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and expand overall market presence.
