Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for water supply infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, and storage facilities.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis based on project specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimation.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation for water supply or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
