Full Stack Engineer - Java/Spring Boot (4-6 yrs)

What You'll Do :

- Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

- Frontend Development : Implement engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, and CSS.

- API Development : Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient and secure communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Database Management : Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data manipulation.

- Code Quality : Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate actively in code reviews to ensure high standards and best practices.

- Testing : Develop and implement unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance engineers, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.

- Deployment & Operations : Contribute to deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and support production systems as needed.

- Problem Solving : Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Java Expertise : Strong proficiency in Java programming language with extensive experience in frameworks like Spring Boot or Spring MVC.

- Frontend Technologies : Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).

- Database : Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- API Development : Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Version Control : Experience with Git or other modern version control systems.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering robust solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
