Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will craft compelling content, foster community engagement, and drive brand awareness across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial markets and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Tradejinis brand and business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media at Tradejini.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and to support marketing campaigns.
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian stock market and trading concepts.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
