Technical Architect - React.js/Node.js (8-10 yrs)

Location : Jaipur

Title : Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Lead the architectural design and development of eCommerce and retail solutions using React and Node.js.

- Customization & Integration : Oversee the customization and integration of various systems to ensure seamless operation and enhanced user experience.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of React and Node.js developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.

- Business Analysis : Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Project Management : Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with

business goals.

- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on eCommerce and retail solutions.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in React, Node.js, and related technologies.

- Customization & Integration : Proven experience in system customization and integration.

- Leadership : Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
