Job Description:
Job Title: Data Architect - AI & Azure - Lead & Coach Teams
Shift Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM
Location: Jaipur, hybrid
Experience required: 10 to 20 years
Job Title: Data Architect - AI & Azure - Lead & Coach Teams
Experience:
- Total Experience: 5+ years in data architecture and implementation.
- Pre-Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year in a client-facing pre-sales or technical solutioning role is mandatory.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure data platform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage).
- Modern Data Platforms: Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
- AI Acumen: Strong understanding of AI workflows and data requirements. Must have a solid grasp of Gen AI applications and concepts.
- Leadership: Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading technical teams or project initiation phases.
- Solutioning: Proven ability to create high-quality technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and design end-to-end data solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills are essential for this client-facing role.
