Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented OSS Coordinator to manage on-site support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate across teams, and experience handling daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves customer interaction, team coordination, and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination
• Serve as the single point of contact for OSS-related updates, both internally and with customers.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure support activities run smoothly.
• Conduct and document daily status meetings, shift handovers, and escalations.
• Team skill validation & Shift Management
• OSS Mapping & Identifying skill gaps as per CM demand
• Planning & co-ordinating skill validation of team members with CM
• Coordinate manpower planning, task assignment, and shift scheduling for the OSS team.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Onsite CM & Customer Interaction
• Liaise directly with customer counterparts for support planning and alignment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure timely reporting of issues and resolution tracking.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
• Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for weekly updates, performance tracking, and planning.
• Operational Support
• Ensure that required support infrastructure (tools, materials, skilled HC) is in place.
• Drive compliance with operational protocols, safety standards, and documentation practices.
• Maintain readiness for urgent or off-hours support, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in coordination, operations, on-site support roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (dashboards, reports, and presentations)
• Experience in managing or coordinating a small-to-mid-sized team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
