Junior Site Engineer

• Assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out according to plans and specifications.
  
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors, construction workers, and site activities to ensure safety standards are adhered to.
  
• Ensure that work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.

2. Quality Control and Assurance:

• Perform regular inspections of construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
  
• Report any discrepancies or issues to senior engineers and take corrective action to address site-related concerns.
  
• Assist in maintaining documentation of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and work progress reports.

3. Site Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in preparing site layouts, material take-offs, and other technical documents.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
  
• Communicate effectively with the design team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Site Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the site.
  
• Report and address any safety concerns, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
• Maintain compliance with all relevant construction laws, local government regulations, and environmental standards.

5. Progress Monitoring:

• Track daily and weekly project progress, and ensure that work schedules are being followed.
  
• Assist in preparing reports on project status, issues, and recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
  
• Ensure that all construction materials are used efficiently and minimize waste on-site.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, daily logs, material usage, and any changes made to plans or designs.
  
• Assist in preparing progress reports for senior engineers and project managers.
  
• Assist in documenting any issues related to construction delays, quality issues, or safety concerns.
