Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and oversee our social media strategy and execution. In this role, you will play a key role in developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various platforms./p>
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Create engaging and relevant content
Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and Pinterest.

Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Analyse social media performance
Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform social media strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and implement innovative approaches to drive engagement and growth.
