Responsibilities

- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide personalized assistance and address customer concerns effectively.
- Offer detailed and accurate information about the properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest property listings and market trends.
- Assist customers in understanding the buying process and financing options.
- Conduct virtual property tours for prospective buyers using video conferencing tools.
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Answer any questions the clients may have during the virtual tour.
