Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform (MPP) Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint integration.

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Development

• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for various business processes
• Implement data validation, business rules, and custom formulas
• Integrate Power Apps with various data sources and external systems
• Optimize app performance and ensure scalability

Power Automate Implementation

• Build automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate
• Create custom connectors for third-party system integrations
• Develop approval workflows, notification systems, and data synchronization processes
• Implement error handling and monitoring for automated processes
• Design complex flows with conditions, loops, and parallel branches

SharePoint Integration

• Develop SharePoint solutions including lists, libraries, and custom web parts
• Configure SharePoint permissions, content types, and site collections
• Create SharePoint workflows and integrate with Power Platform solutions
• Implement document management and collaboration solutions
• Customize SharePoint forms and views

Technical Excellence

• Follow Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform
• Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality
• Document technical specifications and user guides
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven applications)
• Proficient in Power Automate workflow development and automation
• Solid experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform connectors and custom connector development
