THIS IS A ONSITE POSITION (Need Immediate Joiners)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years of US experience
• String experience in working with Implementation Partners, Preferred vendors
• Experience in Recruitment for the US market for both full-time and contract roles.
• Should be able to analyze the requirement received and ask the right questions to get an accurate understanding of the person the client is looking for.
• Should have demonstrated the ability to understand the technology and the nuances involved enough to be able to tell by reading the resume if the candidate is a good fit for the job he/she is trying to fill.
• Should know the best source for finding the resource - Internal Database/Job Board/Social Media. Should be adept at conducting searches on these fora and finding the appropriate candidate in quick time.
• Should possess the language and skills to articulate the opportunity to the candidate and the powers of persuasion to interest him/her in the opportunity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hold a Bachelors Degree
• Would be willing to work in the US timings (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST).
• Should be adept at using MS Word, Social Media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Job Boards.
• Have a strong command of the English language. Written and Spoken.
