Manager-Mechanical Maintenance (Need from Construction Industry only)

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Plant maintenance, planning and inventory management.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance plans for all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Overseeing maintenance personnel, training them on safety procedures, and coaching them on best practices
• Monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending repairs or replacements
• Ensuring construction equipment are properly maintained and repaired
• Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and equipment failures
• Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implementing changes
• Maintenance of plant equipments and components with improvement in reliability and Maintenance Planning/scheduling, Monitoring & Control, Inventory Control.
• Preparation of budget/monthly reports and monitoring of Material /service expenses of maintenance services.
• Maintenance of BOM and other documentation/records in SAP for procurement activities/future purposes
• Exposure of SAP PM/MM Module is must
• Preparation of PRs and Management approval
• Coordination and communication with other departments and vendors for activities related to plant machinery maintenance
• Preparation of all types of MIS reports for as per management requirement (Daily, Weekly and Monthly etc.) related analysis and forecast Planning & forecasting the material requirements
• Ensure materials interchangeability as to provide alternative or equivalent materials for use it helps in reduce inventory level and avoid extra purchase.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Familiarity with various construction Equipments

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5 - 10 years in Mechanical Maintenance Department, Experience in construction company will be an advantage

Qualification:

BE Mechanical, Preferred MBA in Operation Management
