Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
Develop and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Generate high-quality leads for Red Hat training programs.
Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
SEO & Website Management:
Optimize website for SEO (on-page & off-page).
Improve organic rankings and drive traffic through blogs & backlinks.
Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
Social Media & Branding:
Manage and grow HawkStacks presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Plan and execute content strategies, reels, and video marketing.
Run engagement campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns for Red Hat certification programs.
Automate follow-ups and drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
Use WhatsApp marketing to engage with potential learners.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports.
Optimize campaigns based on ROI and lead quality.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software.
Knowledge of content marketing, email automation, and social media growth.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and coordinate with sales teams.
