Your Role: Business Development & Growth Manager
As the face of our growth function, you'll:
- Pitch Quabrick's leadership hiring services to founders, HR leaders, and VCs
- Build and expand strategic relationships across the startup ecosystem
- Create and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities
- Lead outreach, discovery calls, and proposal closures with finesse
- Represent Quabrick at industry events, roundtables, and in digital communities
- Own content-driven BD-collateral, messaging, campaigns, and more
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 3-5 years of experience in BD or Sales within executive search or recruitment firms
- Strong connects across the startup ecosystem-founders, CHROs, product leaders, VC platform teams
- Excellent communication and writing skills-clear, crisp, and high-trust
- A sharp mind for negotiation, persuasion, and long-term relationship building
- A proactive, self-starter mindset-you're polished, energetic, and outcome-driven
