IT Support Engineer

Academic Qualification - Graduation in computers /Post-Graduation in computers (preferred)/ B.Tech /MCA.
Years of Experience- 2+ yrs.

a) Primary Skill Sets
Hands on experience on windows, Linux & AWS platform. Windows Client (WIN 7 & 10) and server (WIN SRV 2016 & 2019) Linux based server administration (Cent OS 8, 9 &
Ubuntu 18.4 & 20) and application management.
FTP, SFTP, web server Like Apache Tomcat, Nginx. Handling escalation, managing IT infrastructure remotely.
Working knowledge of common network monitoring tools, network analyzers and security utilities.
Servers, NAS & SAN administration, Application Software, Hardware Maintenance and configuration of servers.

b) Secondary Skill sets
Hardware and software fault detection and correction via vendor liaising
Responsible for installing and supporting network hardware, software, and applications on PC and Servers.
Installation, Preventive Maintenance of Required Software on Server.
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves system & servers problems.
Installation & Configuring of Red hat and Centos Linux Servers.

c) Preferable Skills
Good to Knowledge of application/database operations and administration activities.
Weekly base Server & network device backup.
Data and Failure Recovery and Export Backup activities. Recovery of data files etc.
Communicate between technology team and other departments on issue status and resolution remotely.
Troubleshooting Mail Issues and Network Issues.
Knowledge of NVR & connectivity.
