Senior QA Engineer

The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts of a software development team.

This includes designing, developing and executing test plans and scripts for new and existing software products, as well as identifying and reporting defects and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to ensure the quality of software products.

• Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects and issues.

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and processes.

• Perform manual testing as required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and resolve issues.

• Provide feedback on product usability, design, and functionality.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.

• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
