Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in data integration and/or data migration , and exposure to Salesforce CPQ as a plus. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and be comfortable working in complex, enterprise environments involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows .
- Lead and implement data integration strategies using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi , or native Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
- Drive data migration efforts from legacy or third-party systems to Salesforce, ensuring data quality, mapping accuracy, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with technical architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce CPQ configurations , customizations, and data model alignment (CPQ experience is a strong advantage).
- Write unit tests and perform peer code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, solution design discussions, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and data anomalies related to integrations and migrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components , and Salesforce best practices.
- Proven experience in data integration and/or data migration within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs , middleware, and ETL tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing, quote generation) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and CPQ Specialist certification are a plus.
