Quantum & Quantitative Trader (7-18 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantum Trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and experience in building and executing trading strategies using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, back-test, and implement quantitative trading strategies across various markets (Equity, F&O, Commodities, etc.).

- Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities and optimize existing models.

- Monitor real-time performance of trading strategies and make adjustments as needed.

- Work closely with technology and research teams to build tools and improve trading infrastructure.

- Risk management and adherence to compliance standards and trading limits.

- Stay updated with global market trends, news, and regulatory changes affecting the trading environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Python coding skill mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of derivatives, futures & options (F&O).

- Proficiency in Python, R, or any other quantitative programming language.

- Understanding of algorithmic trading systems and trading technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in quantitative or proprietary trading will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of machine learning or AI-based trading techniques.

- Experience with Bloomberg/Reuters/other financial data platforms.

- Exposure to high-frequency trading (HFT) is a plus.
