CX Visual Designer

• Visual& Communication: Develop clear and compelling messaging for both internal and externalstakeholders

Skills & Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in CX, Service design, or visual communication.
  
• Strong portfoliothat shows cross-disciplinary thinking \u2014 visualdesign, customer journeys, storytelling, systems.
  
• Strongability to analyze customer pain points, mapjourneys and optimize workflows .
  
• Proven experience in cross-functional project management .
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven design, analytical tools and platforms.
  
• Proficiency intools like Figma, Adobe CC, and Notion/Miro.
  
• A storytellingmindset \u2014 knowing when to use a journey map, when to build a prototype, andwhen a single image can say it all.
  
• Sensitivity to cultural nuance,simplicity, and impact , especially in global or underserved contextsis a plus. Experience inhealth-tech, gov-tech or social impact sectors is a plus.
