RAD Resources Manpower recruitment Company is looking for a Fresher & experienced, HR Executive (Male/Female) with excellent communication skills.

Salary: 15 to 25,000(Gross)

Timings: 9:30AM to 7:00PM

Work Location: Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval.
• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labour statutes.
• Compliance with all statutory requirement under various labour laws such as PF, Minimum Wages, Employment Exchange Etc. within timelines.
• Responsible to issue timely Probation Confirmation Appraisals forms.
• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
• Managing the employees data of each department
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource Management having proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
• Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system.
• Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
• Having leadership qualities and abilities.
