Dynamics Business Central L1 Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L1 Support Executive for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing assistance with basic functional and technical issues. More complex issues will be escalated to higher support levels. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team supporting a leading ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first level of support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Log, track, and resolve user-reported issues through the ticketing system in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide assistance with basic issues related to master data entry, system navigation, posting issues, and permission errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common errors across various modules like Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.
• Escalate L2/L3 issues to the relevant internal or external teams, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
• Generate basic reports and assist in month-end activities, if required.
• Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and other relevant knowledge resources.
• Assist in user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV).
• Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of business processes such as procurement, invoicing, inventory, or accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with end-users.
• Mindset: Quick learner with a service-oriented attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV interface and functionality.
