Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Analyst to join our team. The Pre-Sales Analyst will assist in responding to technical Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring the delivery of well-crafted and technically accurate proposals. This role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, analyze client needs, and present technical solutions in a clear and effective manner.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience

Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- Analyze client needs, RFPs, and business challenges to align with company offerings.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.

- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution walk-throughs.

- Liaise with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution design.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

- Provide input into bid strategy and pricing to support sales negotiations.

- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain a repository of standard templates, FAQs, and technical documents for reuse.

Skills

- Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with proposal tools is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to work under pressure and meet proposal deadlines.

- High attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications

- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
