Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities : Overseeing the entire spectrum of QA & QC activities, including inspection, testing, and non-conformance management.

- Implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems (QMS) in line with international standards.

- Leading and motivating a team of 500 laborer, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Identifying and implementing opportunities for quality improvement through Lean methodologies like Poke-Yoke and Six Sigma.

- Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices throughout the manufacturing process.

- Possessing a strong understanding of hot forging, cold forging, and machine tooling processes.

- Contributing to greenfield projects, bringing in your expertise to establish robust QA & QC processes from the ground up.

- Work with OEM'S.
